Composition rice bran oil determinate for spectroscopy IR

Abstract
This article presents the determination of the
composition of rice bran oil determined by FTIR spectroscopy using a Perkin
Elmer spectroscope. The spectra obtained have wavelengths between 3465 and
1744cm-1. The functional groups that enter the composition of rice
bran oil are: OH, CH2, CH.
